This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join a Brisbane based Utilities organisation on a permanent basis.

Our client has on-boarded a new Enterprise Change Manager to rollout a new Change Strategy for the organisation. This role will support with the delivery of a united change process across the business.


This role will have the benefit of working across the project space while also being instrumental in the delivery of the organisation's overarching Change Strategy, offering coaching and development to leaders across the business.


You will have the benefit of working with a passionate Change Lead who encourages innovation and has inspired the organisation to deliver change in a bespoke fashion.

We're seeking a Change Manager who shares this passion and can think outside of the box.

Key Accountabilities

Leverage the Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder management and communication plans and training plans;
Own and manage the change management activities within the overall integrated project plan, collaborating with the project team for the completion of deliverables;
Clarify and articulate the change across people, process and systems taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively;
Through stakeholder analysis, identify potential employee and client-based risks and develop specific plans to support people through change;
Development of project learning plans and associated materials and provide train the trainer expertise and coaching to SME's;
Coordinate or conduct appropriate two-way engagement and provide transparent, clear, concise, timely and relevant communication to key stakeholder groups throughout the entire project lifecycle;
Conduct change readiness assessments to ensure successful project implementation and transition;
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure change approaches meet business needs and to manage expectations;
Monitor and report on change management plans and deliverables effectiveness and, where required, adapt plans to ensure deliverables remain relevant; and


Work collaboratively with project team members and the organisational specialists (e.g., Learning & Development, People & Culture, ICT, Operations) to deliver project outcomes.

Technical Skills

3 Years + Change Management Experience;
Experience working within a project environment and the ability to work with ambiguity;
Demonstrated experience in influencing others, including experience in driving change and continuous improvement;
PCI or PROSCI Certified (desired but not essential);
Implementation of Digital Adoption technology and strategies; and


Exceptional understanding and experience in the management of change within an established and geographically dispersed organisation (desired but not essential).
