Technical Services Manager (facilities)

Salary:
$115,000 - $120,000 + super and bonus


Overview

Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first class Facilities Engineer with strong exposure to critical environment sites that have high levels of required uptime.

Working on site at a large data centre facility, you will form part of a small team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day critical operations.

Your tasks will include assisting with the creation and management of documents pertaining to operating processes and procedures; vendor management including on-site contractors; running small projects; assisting with the management of defects programs; running maintenance programs and more.

This is a Monday - Friday role with some on-call requirement.


Key Requirements

  • Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical (degree or trades)
  • Your experience should have covered sites with critical power equipment such as large generators, UPS systems, cooling towers etc.
  • Good all around understanding of MEP environments chillers, AHU's, HVAC, UPS, BMS, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable personality, responds well to working under pressure
