This role will report to Head of Retail Products. In this role, you will provide high level of secretarial/ administrative support, exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy skills. You will also able to oversee small projects and support with team communications.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting administration, minute taking, consolidating presentations, reports and key documents
  • Primary point for the Head of Retail Product for general enquiries
  • Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7yrs Personal Assistant experience at a senior level
  • Relevant experience organising and planning, preferably in a matrix functional environment
  • High level of initiative, accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Work under pressure, willingness to learn and cando attitude
  • Ability to recognise when escalation is required to senior members of the team
