What you'll contribute to

An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance & Procurement division until 28th June 2024.

The Finance & Procurement Division is responsible for providing the business with corporate support with respect to all finance and Procurement activities to enable TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives.


The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures to ensure the timely collection of all monies owed to TMCA per agreed trading terms, governed by strict internal and regulatory controls to enabling business continuity whilst ensuring that Toyota's legal and compliance obligations are met.

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.


How you'll make an impact- Support the Accounts Receivable team by providing day-to-day operational support to the team and project groups.- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of agreed business processes and procedures for the Accounts Receivable team to achieve team objectives.

Ensure any changes to processes and procedures are accurately documented and communicated.- Help maintain and prepare monthly reports and project schedules to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.- Assist with monitoring performance against Accounts Receivable targets to ensure management can understand and control any significant issues.- Coordinate the gathering, summary, and analysis of information.

Prepare and distribute reports, technical information, and presentations to inform sound decision making.- Help coordinate forums/meetings to ensure that project goals/status are clearly communicated and understood by the team and business.


Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you- Relevant experience working in a similar AR role.- Understanding of bookkeeping principles.- Working knowledge of accounting software and reporting.- Experience with SAP and Coupa (desirable).- Understanding of the automotive industry desirable.
