Description

We have an exciting 5-month contract opportunity for a Development Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, focusing on the Commercial Property / Workplace portfolio.

You will assist to achieve Commercial Property objectives by implementing innovative marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of our vision and outcomes for the workplace development assets.


The Role

  • Develop and deliver individual strategic marketing plans for workplace development assets.
  • Create and manage successful insight lead awareness and acquisition campaigns aligned to strategy.
  • Develop and own the endtoend customer journey for tenants/decision makers, and identify initiatives to implement to progress customers through the journey and differentiate from competitors.
  • Lead the development of key user personas and journey mapping to inform the overall customer experience and key touchpoints.
  • Develop and own development media strategies, liaising with Media Relations to maximise PR opportunities.
  • Develop bespoke leasing materials to respond to key prospect enquiries.
  • Implement key milestone activities in line with project strategy.
  • Budget management to ensure spend is in line with project requirements.
  • Establish key stakeholder relationships to ensure collaboration with the development team.
  • Ensure key external partnerships and accounts are well managed to deliver to agreed key outcomes.
  • Integrate past experiences and innovative possibilities to achieve business outcomes.

About you

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience
  • Experience in marketing management
  • Significant experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Prior experience in commercial office marketing is desirable
  • Knowledge of community development practices and corporate sustainability initiatives
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and motivational skills
  • Ability to translate market research into marketing strategies
  • Strategic thinker (solutions to portfolio, opportunities in workplace to meet objectives)
