Leading a team | Business Partner to the CEO & Board

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CFO with close ties to the SLT and Board, your role will be a broad and dynamic one requiring you to partner closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide timely and accurate financial insights to support commercial decision-making.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

Further build out the BI tools of the group (primary focus on operational data analytics) to enhance the planning and analytical capability of the group
Coordinating with IT providers and external stakeholders to complete and roll out BI tools, and the ongoing continuous improvement of operational data compilation
Developing and leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Providing monthly financial analysis and commentary, and sales/margin reporting and analysis
Providing financial modelling support to assist with strategic decision making
Evolving existing reporting frameworks and dashboards both operational and financial performance
Identifying areas for process improvement and executing accordingly

CA/CPA qualified, ideally you will have commenced your career within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm and will have further experience within a complex commercial environment.

You will be a genuine business partner who is able to build strong relationships and exert influence across the group.

You will be commercial and strategic and will know what it takes to establish a 'best in class' FP&A function.
