In a City of unprecedented growth, along with Rockingham's status as a strategic metropolitan activity centre, you will be providing support and assistance across all Town Planning functions performed by the Planning Services team.

You possess well developed communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a team oriented environment.

Although still developing as a Planner, you are able to take initiative and are dedicated to ongoing learning and personal development.


  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Competent map interpretation and graphical representation skills
  • Developing knowledge of Town Planning legislation
  • Studying towards, or recent completion of, tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, or equivalent in a relevant field
This position offers a gross salary of
$74,999 per annum and in addition we offer:

  • 11% superannuation plus the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
