The Company

This is a great stepping-stone opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Collections & Trust Officer, to join a large, growing and reputable professional services firm.

This will initially be a temporary 3-month contract that could offer opportunity for permanency.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Strong focus on collections and finance support
billing and invoicing
Day to day management of trust account operations
Credit card management and vendor registration setup
Management of Trust Accounts; receipting and payments
Bank / Trust Account reconciliations
Annual trust account audits and statutory returns

About You:

Demonstrated experience in an AR/Collections role
essential:
Excellent communicator, confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working within a large, fast paced and complex business (professional services or legal highly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
