About the role:


This position relates to Section 51 of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act 1984 (WA). In this role you will provide administration and business support services to the Aboriginal Communities Water Services (ACWS) Program Director and team.


What the role will involve:


  • Deliver an effective range of business services to the Aboriginal Communities Water Services Program Director and team.
  • Assist the Aboriginal Communities Water Services Program Director and team in administration and organisation of the business unit.
  • Assist in conducting regular reviews of Aboriginal Communities Water Services webpage and team work instructions.
  • Develop and maintain various standard documents in conjunction with key team and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support on projects in close liaison with team and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and presentations within Water Corporation project areas.

Key skills and experience:


  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. business administration
  • Relevant experience in providing a broad range of business, financial and people processing support services in a similar environment.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Welldeveloped competencies in the use of Microsoft suite.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Well organised with attention to detail.
