As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving growth, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate in the market.

Responsibilities:


  • Create detailed quarterly marketing plans, which align to myprosperity's annual goals, targets and marketing strategy including campaign and communications plans.
  • Develop, manage and execute myprosperity's social media strategy, building regular and effective online engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales to collaborate on campaign planning, and design targeted campaigns to support lead and sales targets.
  • Write high quality, relevant content for communication programs, website content, case study materials, awards entries etc.
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of marketing programs to provide data driven recommendations to optimise marketing activity.
  • Analyse industry and competitor insights to identify new marketing campaign opportunities.
  • Work closely with product to understand the product roadmap, identify marketing campaign opportunities and project plan key product launches and updates.
  • Effectively monitor and manage assigned budgets.
  • Fulfill other tasks that may be requested from time to time.
  • Contribute positively to the team culture within the development team and more broadly across the myprosperity team.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years' experience implementing marketing strategy and gotomarket campaigns.
  • Proven capability in overseeing marketing communications, including PR and social media.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and communications, ideally with a channelled business.
  • Experience creating a gotomarket strategy to successfully launch online and offline campaigns.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and compare program results, market research, trends and competitive data
  • Excellent, proven writing skills, with the ability to write professionally and creatively, and create relevant and engaging content.
  • Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts.
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred, ideally with knowledge of the accounting and/or financial planning industry.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet goals.
