WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

  • You will be trusted and supported by the Business Unit Director.
  • You will be leading a team of 5 Sales Representatives across SA/WA/VIC/TAS & NT to drive performance and results.
  • You will spend 6070% of your in field with all team members to identify framework for coaching and mentoring.
  • You will work with a wide range of external stakeholders from nurses all the way to C-Suite. You will need experience at this level and experience working within a capital equipment portfolio of very technical products.
  • Identify new high growth markets for new products; develop a strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

  • Looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device/capital equipment and/or ICU & minimum 3 years' in sales management, in hospitals mandatory.
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated success, growing market share & revenue, leading a hospital sales team in devices.
  • Strong coaching & mentoring experience with a motivating leadership style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA AND BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID19
