The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Psychologist, with clinical or general registration, looking to oversee a mental health team within a private hospital in Metro Melbourne.

As the mental health team leader you will clinically and operationally oversee a team of 12, operating throughout both inpatient and outpatient programs.

Clinically you will work across both group programs and 1v1 therapy, whilst non-clinical duties will include:

Clinical supervision
Reporting / KPI management
Service development
Recruitment / Rostering
Leadership meeting contribution / assisting AH Manager

The Mental Health team is made up of Social workers, Psychologists, EP's, OT's + assistants.
