Duties:


As a
Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will be assigned to an Australian-grown tech giant; a well-known global leader where you will be working directly with their in-house Talent Acquisition team.

You will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your client's brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Using innovative techniques, you will build market maps using some of the newest sourcing technology on the market.
  • You will be assigned to either Core Engineering, Specialty (Product, Site Reliability Engineering, Security Data) or Go-ToMarket (Customer Success, Sales)
  • Screening resumes and interviewing talent to decide suitability for roles.
  • Focused on building balanced teams, as the client places huge value in making our teama place where everyone can thrive. You will help drive that
  • Taking a datadriven approach, and thinking strategically about where to find and attract the right talent.

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of the Australian market in terms of roles (Core Engineers
  • Senior Software Engineers, Frontend and Backend, etc., for example)
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Job Platforms, KARAT.
  • Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ICIMS will be a major advantage
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandated).
