This exceptional opportunity is unique and challenging, offering a talented finance professional the chance to work alongside the Group Controller to support developing a best practice function in a fast-paced business with strong leadership.

As a complex and substantial organisation, they are positioning themselves for future success by embracing innovation and leveraging technology.

Reporting to the Group Controller, the role will:

Have a mandate to support the development of the corporate reporting and technical accounting function
Back fill the GFC role managing financial and statutory reporting
Ensure best practice reporting and consistency with relevant local and international accounting standards
Have regular interaction with senior management including the Group CFO and external stakeholders
Managing the implementation of an accounting policy framework

This role requires a strong technical background gained in chartered accounting or a large corporate coupled with Group Reporting skills from respected corporates.

Exposure to a complex organisation is preferred. Strong experience managing projects would be ideal. This role will provide an excellent platform for potential long-term progression.
