Our National Operations Centre is growing again, after a successful 12 months building the team to manage digital customer bookings from Bunnings and run outbound sales campaigns.

Key duties include:_
Build a highly engaged and high performance Inside Sales team by developing an operating rhythm that promotes positive behaviours and results
Lead the Inside Sales team to drive increased share of wallet and revenue growth across assigned customer portfolios
Actively monitor, track and improve Inside Sales Representatives performance towards key metrics to ensure targets are meet.
Enable improved performance through proactive personalised coaching and development plans.

This role is based full-time at our Mascot head office or Ingleburn branch.

What you'll bring to the role

This role will suit someone with proven coaching ability, sales and customer service experience and a passion for delivering great experiences internally and externally.

Additional experience required:

Leading high performing Inside Sales/Outbound B2B teams
Results driven working environments with ambitious targets/KPI's
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated effective listening and questioning abilities.
CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics
Desirable)

You can demonstrate resilience, adapt to ever changing situations and have the ability to build trusted relationships within your team.
