Our National Operations Centre is growing again, after a successful 12 months building the team to manage digital customer bookings from Bunnings and run outbound sales campaigns.


  • Key duties include:_
  • Build a highly engaged and high performance Inside Sales team by developing an operating rhythm that promotes positive behaviours and results
  • Lead the Inside Sales team to drive increased share of wallet and revenue growth across assigned customer portfolios
  • Actively monitor, track and improve Inside Sales Representatives performance towards key metrics to ensure targets are meet.
  • Enable improved performance through proactive personalised coaching and development plans.
This role is based full-time at our Mascot head office or Ingleburn branch.

What you'll bring to the role

This role will suit someone with proven coaching ability, sales and customer service experience and a passion for delivering great experiences internally and externally.


Additional experience required:

  • Leading high performing Inside Sales/Outbound B2B teams
  • Results driven working environments with ambitious targets/KPI's
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective listening and questioning abilities.
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics
  • Desirable)
