Administer systems and technologies, including user and security management, device management and software configuration.

  • Provide a responsive and effective approach to troubleshooting and testing processes and contribute to the resolution of technical problems.
  • Deliver IT services in adherence with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and quality assurance requirements and with a strong focus on industry best practices.
  • Use clear and effective communication skills to investigate issues and provide high quality advice and effective resolutions to staff.
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation to support ICT systems and processes.
  • Analyse business processes of legal and administrative teams and advise to the Manager areas that ICT could assist to improve and innovate services.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the Team in the delivery of operational support and/or project outcomes.
  • Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders, including DJAG IT Services and other technology suppliers.
  • Assist with management and delivery of ICT projects and managed activities, providing progress updates as required.
  • Contribute to a highly performing team, including the development of standards and procedures, knowledge sharing, collaborating with others, and encouraging team development activities.
  • Identify new and continuous improvement opportunities that support Crown Law's values and contribute to business objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to selfdevelopment and participate in professional development activities.
