Disability and Care Worker

BuildYourCare (BYC) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to directly improving the lives of our disabled, aged care and private care customers.

We are looking for a 'Disability and Care Worker'.


About us
We deliver services to our customers helping them reach their social and life goals. We aim to improve the daily lives of our customers.


Position

Duties include:

• Light home cleaning
• Transport to our customers so they can engage in the community
• Social assistance by going with them to appointments or meetings.

When?

• At different times during the week (mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends)

Locations?

Various, some possible location:

• Sydney North
• North Sydney, Chatswood, Hornsby
• Ryde and Macquarie Park Area

• Sydney South

• Cronulla, Miranda, Hurstville, Kogarah, Arncliffe

• Inner West

• Newtown, Ashfield, Strathfield
• Western Suburbs and Hills District
• Parramatta and Baulkham Hills
• Central Coast

Who we want?

• Must have a drivers licence and car
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings & weekends
• Relevant qualification or currently studying towards
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check (we can help you with this)
• The legal right to work in Australia
• At least certificate III or above (disability / aged care / community)
