Work from home role with occasional need to travel to meetings in Sydney CBD.

Background

UX Connections is a digital design consultancy founded in London, March 2013. We are now in the early and exciting phase of starting up our first Australian office, based in Sydney.

We conduct research in to the way people use digital products (apps and websites) and design beautiful solutions that work for them.

The role


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Clients, suppliers and other members of staff
  • Managing admin projects and keeping management sheets up to date
  • Devising and maintaining offices systems
  • Calendar management
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Invoicing and Expenses
About you


You'll be an enthusiastic and hard working personality - someone who wants to do the best work, be innovative and inspired all at the same time.

You will be organised and calm under pressure. You are a problem solver, and enjoy ticking off your to do list. You must be flexible, have great interpersonal skills while being able to multitask. A can do attitude is a must
