We are a family-owned business specialising in premium fresh produce, based in Victoria's Yarra Valley. We run agri-tourism experiences and supply Australia's supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets. We also export our produce around the world.


About the role


Working in conjunction with and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be the key administrative support for the Sales function of the business.


This key role supports the operational needs of a vertically integrated fresh produce business by managing the inbound and outbound sales information for our international and domestic customer base.

You will ensure timely and accurate processing of sales information, logistics scheduling, system data entries and invoicing, while communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a confident and clear manner.

Harvesting, packing, sales and distribution of product is heavily influenced by weather, as such workload will vary through points in season.

At times, tasks may require execution outside of typical work hours, however this will be compensated through periods of down time and shorter days across this fixed term.

This is a six-month contract position.

Preferred Experience

  • Administrative background with computer systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Logistics & Supply Chains and/or Finance administration
  • Experience within a team environment
  • Microsoft Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$65,000.00 per year
