Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) are looking for an enthusiastic driver offsider to join our metro division. This position is an entry level position and gives a great insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of our Drivers. With no experience required, we are after someone that is willing to learn and possesses a fantastic attitude

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the driver in duties as where required
Load and unload freight as where required
Assist the driver with administration duties
Ensure the compliance of specific company and or client requests related to freight
Ensure goods are unloaded safely and securely without damage and incident
Use of clear communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with all stakeholders involved (driver, customer etc)
Completion of Incident reports where applicable
