    Description

    An exciting opportunity for FULL TIME, Monday to Friday employment within the electrical wholesale industry and to become part of a dynamic and vibrant team with the number one Electrical Wholesaler within Australia, providing many opportunities for career growth and national movement.

    • Permanent full time position,
    • Brand new store within city location, close to public transport,
    • Full time wages, superannuation and a lucrative bonus system that rewards its employees for effort,

    AWM Electrical & Data South Melbourne is part of Metal Manufactures, MM Electrical Merchandising which was established in 1916 and has evolved into a large and diverse Australian company that currently employs over 3000 employees and has 400+ service centres across Australia.

    We currently have an opportunity for the right applicant to join our team in the role of internal sales / storeperson. This role will entail a combination of counter and phone sales, along with store work and inventory management duties.

    The successful applicant should show the following qualities:

    • Great customer service.
    • Can do attitude.
    • Current Victorian Drivers License.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    No previous experience is required, (previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry would benefit), however training will be provided to the successful applicant with a willingness to learn, grow and develop new skills along with a strong work ethic.
