The Role
As a Full-Time Accounts Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of finance-related tasks, including payroll processing, invoicing, financial reporting and general administrative support. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage weekly payroll for multiple companies.
  • Generate accurate weekly invoices in accordance with customer contracts.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive financial statistics reports for management review.
  • Handle endofmonth processes including Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and other related tasks.
  • Address payroll and invoicing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage receipt of deliveries and inventory into MYOB.
  • Assist with general administration tasks to support the General Manager.

Requirements:


  • 35 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in the use of MYOB AccountRight
  • Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to address inquiries and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive annual remuneration ranging from $60,000 to $65,000.
  • Full time hours based in our Slacks Creek office
