Our client provides proven solutions and an actionable approach to combat climate change.Located in West Perth, they are seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support the MD to originate new business and manage client relationships, while efficiently handling and streamlining administrative activities.
- Providing a wide range of administration support in a professional, timely, responsible, and confidential manner.
- Proactively contacting/following up prospective clients to secure meetings.
- Actively building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their teams and building out the CRM.
- Helping to create quarterly events that bring together industry experts around the topic of decarbonisation.
- Creating invoices in Xero.
Requirements:
- Significant prior experience (15+ years) as a Personal Assistant.
- Exceptional client service skills: professional, empathetic and client first approach to all business activities.
- Excellent writing skills.
- A proven ability to multitask.
- Strong intellectual curiosity.
- Demonstrated expertise in Office 365 (particularly Outlook) and Xero.
