Currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for Temp cover in an elite financial organisation, based in Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
- Liaising with suppliers and meeting hosts to arrange catering requests
- Managing calendars
- Assist Partners with diary, travel and timesheet management
- Adhoc duties
- Friendly and personal nature
- Excellent communication skills
