Role Overview:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in the domain of Accounts Receivable. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing accounts receivable, reconciling financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

In addition, your experience working with healthcare funds will be highly valuable in navigating the intricacies of the healthcare financial landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
Working with a dynamic team within Accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.

Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information in compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

Utilise your expertise in healthcare funds to optimise reimbursements and billing processes.


Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar financial role.

Knowledge and experience in healthcare funds management is an advantage.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated, and able to work on your initiative.

Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and financial record-keeping.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • No weekends

  • Chermside, QLD 4032: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
