We are a dynamic, thriving accounting practice located in Alexandria needing a
Full Time, Experienced Bookkeeper / BAS Preparer Professional to assist with input & reconciliation of computerised accounts as well as preparation of BAS, reporting & budgeting.

Must have 5 years+ history / handson experience as a working bookkeeper.
Certification in Xero & Xero Payroll is a must, with proficiency in other accounting systems such as MYOB.
Must be able to demonstrate advanced skills in Excel.
Needs to be selfmotivated and capable of excelling in a small team environment.
Will have strong attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks.
Must be authorised to work in Australia indefinitely.

The Role:

Across a diverse range of mainly small business clients, individuals & associated entities
Input, reconciliation & review of data in Xero, MYOB, and Spreadsheets
Preparation of BAS, IAS, TPAR, Workers Comp declarations, STP and superannuation
Ongoing reporting & cash flow preparation
Manage weekly accounts receivable, accounts payable and debtors' management.
Processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for clients

The package:

You will be engaged on a fulltime basis with a package commensurate with experience.
Monday to Friday office hours
Onsite at our office in Alexandria
Small, dynamic, supportive team
Starting salary $80,000 + super
