A little bit about the role...
As an Assistant Store Manager at Chatswood Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full time and you must have availability to work a set roster of Tuesday to Saturday. Day to day you will;
You will have established experience in a customer focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment. You will have exceptional people and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage and joyfulness. You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional people management.
You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI's and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business.
