People Experience Coordinator to join our

Melbourne based team.


About the role

You will support the delivery of HR processes, projects and initiatives across Movember, delivering a remarkable experience to all employees.

Due to parental leave, this role is being offered on a fixed-term full time contract ending October 2024. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office.


You'll have the opportunity to

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries
  • Manage administration of people related systems, including the HRIS (BambooHR)
  • Prepare employment documentation and contracts
  • Own the endtoend employee onboarding & offboarding processes globally
  • Liaise with Finance team members to ensure accuracy of payroll & benefits processing
  • Assist with the administration of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, such as engagement surveys, performance reviews and remuneration reviews
  • Support staff communications
  • Coordinate the Wellbeing Committee
  • Support the People Experience Manager & global HR team with other people related projects as needed

For this role, you'll need

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Welldeveloped communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when appropriate
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Flexibility to attend calls outside normal work hours, including fortnightly global team meeting

Bonus points for

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, Business, Psychology or other related discipline
  • Experience using BambooHR
