About the Role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate Pre-Employment Activities:
  • Request preemployment medical checks including medical history, Functional Fitness Assessments as well as Drug & Alcohol testing.
  • Request probity checks including criminal history checks, employment history and other checks as required.
  • Undertake reference checks.
  • Coordinate Driver Assessments for relevant roles.
  • Book frontline new hires into inductions and training.
  • When required, coordinate additional prehire assessments for example, Psychometric, Personality etc.
  • Collect, compile and record assessment results, providing comprehensive reports to TA, hiring managers and HSE for evaluation and decisionmaking where required.
  • Facilitate Internal Recruitment and Mobility for frontline employees:
  • Post internal job ads
  • Present longlists to hiring managers
  • Request contract / letter of offer generation
  • Support internal applicants through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
  • Ensure that the relevant TGE policies are adhered to.

  • Recruitment experience required, minimum of 2 years in a similar role in recruitment coordination or related HR role.
  • Indepth knowledge of fullcycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Previous experience in campaign recruitment hiring a variety of bulk roles.
  • Good knowledge of preemployment assessments and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
