Laverton Location
This role will be 3 days per week for the next 3 months and there is the potential for the role to become yours, permanently.
The Role:
- Processing and sending invoices to customers
- Liaison with customers to ensure all purchase orders are received
- Maintain database by collecting and sorting information,
- Updating new and current data and information into Excel or the computer software
- Customer service and relationship management regarding accounts
- Maintaining invoicing systems
- Ad hoc duties
