About the role


As a Connecting Services Consultant, you will work in a friendly and supportive team and help people to understand and access Southern Cross Care's services.


You will communicate effectively with people to understand their individual needs and identify services that suit them and/or their loved ones.


About you


As someone who genuinely cares about helping people and making a positive difference, you will be compassionate, empathetic and have good communication skills.

Ideally, you will have experience working in a customer service, administration or contact-centre / call-centre role. Paid, on-the-job training and support is also available.
