Job description:

2XM Recruit are partnered with a major construction company specializing in residential, industrial, and commercial developments. They are looking for an experienced Site Foreman with background in the construction of Townhouse or Apartment projects.
Your objective will be to manage the onsite operations and delivery of a large Townhouse Construction project in Lindfield.

Responsibilities:

Assign and follow instructions from Site Manager
Lead and Supervise sub contractors and direct labour to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Interpret building plans, NCC, engineer reports and specifications
Ensure compliances with safety regulations to minimize risk
Maintain site diary and prepare SWMS if required
Perform productive work generally carpentry work

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman for similiar projects (residential townhouse construction experience desireable)
Class 2 residential experience
Own reliable transport
Strong communication skills
