About the opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter for our client based in Southwest Sydney.

You are primarily responsible to review and file all Line Haul Driver paperwork as well maintaining all relevant documents for NHVR accreditation for quarterly and yearly audits.

Assisting in tracking and enforcing NHVR compliance, delegating tasks and communicating with Senior Operational staff on any breaches of policy and or procedures

Responsibilities

Supervising dayto day operations of the administration department
Updating and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures
Reporting to Transport NSW on any notices and liasing with any other external Auditors
Overseeing and tracking progress for Line Haul documentation.
Champion safety on site and ensure the health and safety responsibilities of all staff are effectively communicated.
Assisting with the onboarding of new drivers

- including BFM packs and other induction packages

Maintaining and updating driver records when required
Reviewing all Driver Log book pages
Ensure systems and processes are adhered to
Operations are conducted in accordance with safety and COR standards
Generating Weekly and quarterly compliance audits
Updating company equipment and any relevant information on the NHVR portal

Job requirements

Minimum 5 years working with within a Transport/ Logistics business with Line Haul experience
Manage drivers and loads after hours
Strong work ethics and dedication
Ability to work proactively and solve problems
Strong stakeholder management and leadership ability.
Enjoy's autonomy being a selfstarter
Have intermediate computer skills
Google, Excel, Word and Transport systems
Possess strong communication Skills
Have a strong Customer Service focus
Proven problemsolving abilities
Be resultsoriented
