This role encompasses significant stakeholder engagement to understand demand management in order to deliver learning solutions that meet strategic imperatives.

You will build influential relationships with all levels of leadership.

As a trusted learning partner, you will provide and tailor contemporary and critical solutions that drive commercial and cultural success through best in industry standards.

Your technical capability and knowledge with learning management systems, enables you to move with agility to deliver just in time learning across a diverse audience within a fast-paced customer centric environment.

You will have:

Tertiary qualification in HR or related and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment
Expertise with learning systems like Articulate 360, Rise and Moodle
Instructional design and facilitation experience
Blended learning methodology expertise
Solid project management experience and cross functional coordination
Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
A customer centric work ethic and commercial mindset
A positive attitude with the willingness to get in and get things done
