Managing only 150 properties, all local to the office, support and training provided, commissions to be earned, plus bonuses

JOB DUTIES:

Managing a local portfolio of just 150 properties
Building client relationships with landlords
Maintenance requests
Property inspections
Lease renewals

WHATS ON OFFER:

1st Year Salary of $80,000 + Bonuses + Commissions
Minimal Saturdays
Training / support
Tools of the trade, laptop, phone are provided
Flexibility to work from home 1 day a week

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
Property Management experience
Valid drivers license and reliable car
Great personal presentation and verbal skills
A determined & "can do" attitude
