Residential Property Management Position

Our client is located north on the city fringe central to one of the most popular cafe strips in Perth.

A forward thinking real estate agency with a strong Property Management focus complimented by a unique operating structure that offers continuous support for their hard working team of Property Managers and assistants.


This position would ideally suit someone who enjoys the unique challenges that the property management role provides whilst benefiting from a welcoming & supportive team environment.


Bringing with you a preferred set of skills that should include but not limited to:

  • Property Management experience required, Property Tree exposure an advantage.
  • A strong customer focused background and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy being part of a motivated team of professionals.
  • Solution focused mentality.
  • WA Real Estate Sales/Property Management Registration.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Take pride in your personal appearance.
