A national hire company that facilitates the hire, selling, servicing, and transporting of equipment.

They specialise in a large range of equipment that includes elevating work platforms, telehandlers, forklifts, reach stackers, generators, and lighting towers.

About the Role

As the Hire Coordinator, you will report to the General Manager and will support the sales team in the Hire Room whilst providing customer service to convert sales and assist in driving revenue for the department.

This busy role requires exceptional coordination and customer service skills as well as high data entry levels. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Duties

Process hire contracts for equipment
Coordinate transportation of equipment
Create purchase orders
Process hires and raise appropriate invoices
Review and respond to any customer account queries

Skills & Experience

2 years' experience in a customer focused role
Exceptional telephone manner
Ability to work autonomously and in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable
