Providing ongoing training and career progression, they are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator.The Position
- Manage the listing to sale admin processes for multiple sales reps
- Database management
- Run social media platforms
- Property Marketing, signboards, brochures, upload to CRM etc
- E-Marketing newsletters & price changes
- Monday
- Friday
- Assisting with diary management
- Contract management
- Book Photographers, Copy and Final inspections
- Liaise with suppliers & contractors
- Organise settlement gifts
- Assistance with office event planning & marketing
Skills and Experience
-
Must have Real Estate Sales/Admin/Marketing experience:
- Knowledgeable Sales Administrator
- Immaculate attention to detail and fast learner
- Tech savvy
- Drivers license and a reliable car
- Ability to work within a small team and under own initiative
- Outstanding customer service and CAN-DO attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Sales Registration preferred or interest in obtaining this in the future.
