About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of sales documents including quotations, invoices, and purchase order
Assisting in sales process including transport booking, arranging customs clearance and other tasks
Provide FrontofHouse services and act as point of call for customers visiting and contacting the branch
Distribute marketing brochures and information for Cranes products
Support marketing activities including Social Media posts, Industry events and used crane newsletter

About You:

Ideally experience with an administrative role
Sales or Marketing qualification advantageous but not essential
High attention to detail and effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
Exceptional customer service skills
