Our client are a leading, award-winning consultancy firm based in Australia, specializing in providing innovative and tailored solutions to businesses across various industries.

Their team of experts are committed to delivering exceptional services and as they continue to expand their client base, they are seeking a seasoned and highly-skilled NetSuite Principal Consultant to join their team


Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of complex NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals, and recommend the bestfit NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead a team of consultants and developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide postimplementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with NetSuite, with a focus on complex implementations.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules, such as ERP, CRM, or SuiteCommerce.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • NetSuite certifications will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of selfmotivation.
