Job Description:

The Chapter Manager Products is responsible for managing, mentoring and coaching a team of Product People and Business Analysts.

Ensuring that learnings and knowledge are being shared in the interest of continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to drive consistent practices across teams where possible while also empowering team members to experiment and try out new ideas within an established framework.


Using a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business model analysis, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers.


The Chapter Manager Product is also responsible for a product portfolio roadmap and strategy that supports the needs of Symbio Connect and its growth objectives.


Reporting to the General Manager Products - CPaaS, the Chapter Manager Product will work with engineering teams, business stakeholders and the broader Delivery Team.


What you'll do as a Chapter Manager Product:

  • Manage and coach a team of Product Owners/Managers & Business Analyst's toward achieving our company objectives
  • Define and bring our product strategy to life by setting key results and working with product managers and the broader platform team to align roadmaps to deliver to them
  • Collaborate with leaders across platform and the company to understand needs and deliver crossfunctional solutions and improved ways of working

Qualifications:


What you'll need to succeed:


  • 10 years of experience in the software, CPaaS or telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrated ability to delivery technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing Product Management teams, and experience leading multiple streams of work with multiple teams and roadmaps
  • Experience growing highperforming teams who can deliver on complex and dependent initiatives
  • Experience in a fastgrowing software product or a history of working with teams to produce an outstanding customer experience
  • The ability to encourage your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question, and improve the experiences for our customers
  • Working directly with design, analytics and engineering to deliver great product experiences
  • The ability to distill challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers your team to turn problems into user success
  • Strong commercial acumen skills
  • A great sense of humour
