The company: Thermo Fisher Scientific is on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer with expertise in PGNNA technology.

Location/Division Specific Information and geographic scope:

Join the APAC Materials & Minerals Business Unit as a skilled Field Service Engineer for Process Analyzers.

How to make a difference:

Be part of a dynamic Service Team supporting Customers using Thermo Fisher Scientific analyzers based on PGNAA technology. Expectations include providing specialized and efficient service with frequent travel involved.

Represent the Company professionally, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site Installation and Commissioning of PGNAA Thermo Scientific equipment
Conduct regular Maintenance Services such as Preventative and Emergency Repairs
Offer Radiation Services along with Validation and Audit Services
Manage engineering changes and internal documentation

Additionally, support other product lines and supervise strategic activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Associate Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in PGNAA Field Service and Customer Service
Proficiency in English
Experience in the coal and cement processing industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read manufacturing assembly drawings

Special Conditions:

Drug testing may be required
Flexibility for travel and occasional weekend/Public Holiday work
