Opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organisation in dedicated to care and support.
***We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Scheduling Officer to join our Team. As Scheduling Officer you will work closely with our Client Services Team to plan and manage our workforce needs.


About You:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passionate about working in a closeknit team to deliver our Purpose: "Working together to create possibilities for a great life".
  • NDIS and/or rostering experience will be highly regarded
  • Willing to work morning, afternoon and night shifts, as well as rotating on call roster

Role Specific Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain staff rosters to reflect the needs of our Services
  • Plan, forecast and manage workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning to ensure effective coverage of all shifts to client needs and service delivery targets.
  • Coordinate rosters within budgetary requirements and in line with the SCHADS Award.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate good time management and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Participate in afterhours support including possible weekends and oncall.
  • Has a passion for supporting people with disabilities to live a great life at home, work and in their communities.
  • Has experience working in the Disability Sector and/or rostering.
  • Has excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can work effectively under pressure and juggle competing priorities
  • The ability to see the potential in people, show initiative, enjoys working independently and in a team environment
  • Covid vaccinations complete
  • NDIS workers check complete
