We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Management team, within our Operations Division on a full-time, permanent basis as a Principal - Operational Readiness.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and working closely with operational personnel in head office and regional areas, the key deliverables for the role are:
- Support key stakeholder in the business to design, establish, continually improve, and adhere to Operational Readiness processes and procedures;
- Monitor asset management process compliance to detect systemic deviations that may indicate a failing in an asset management system. Devise actions to close gaps;-
- Lead and/or participate in long term asset planning analyses and workshops;
- Lead the interface between asset management and engineering, project and operations teams to ensure that newly delivered equipment and fixed assets can be operated and maintained safely and effectively upon commissioning;
- Help site teams to carry out complex investigations as requested;
- Reduce paddock to port costs through asset life extensions, capital deployment and lowering operating and/or maintenance costs; and
What you will bring to the role: - Engineering degree or trade certificate with a tertiary business-related qualification;
- Working knowledge and experience of reliability processes and tools;
- Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels of and organisation; and
- Working knowledge and experience in equipment life cycle management.
