About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Mamamia Audio Sales Team.

Reporting to the Head of Audio Sales, you will work with new and existing clients to stimulate audio revenue, create high volume audio partnerships and meet/ exceed revenue targets.


Your core KPI will be to increase the volume and scale of Mamamia Audio partnerships, you will also require strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to maximise the overall Mamamia opportunity.

Essential to the role is ability to create and execute strategic client growth plans, focusing on building partnerships with traditional audio clients and proactive work.


You will have strong commercial prowess, an extensive network of clients and agency relationships, ability to understand clients needs and experience in creating strategic, creative and innovative sales proposals.


A passionate advocate of Mamamia Podcast Network, you will represent Mamamia to ensure we are considered as a prominent audio player in the Market, whilst also staying abreast of the ongoing innovation in the field, helping Mamamia stay leading-edge in our execution for partners.


  • Proactively drive audio revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded each month.
  • Effectively network and build relationships to maximise audio revenue opportunities
  • Partner with the sales team as required to provide expert support in market to securing audio revenue
  • Develop custom proactive sales proposals, materials, proposals and presentations to effectively position the suite of Mamamia audio products in market
  • Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery post analysis
  • Strategically planning for long term podcast opportunities through the development of advertising solutions
  • Support the Head of Audio, Head of Sales and wider sales team as required

About you

  • Previous media sales experience audio sales experience highly favourable
  • Well established client & agency relationships in market
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed individual and team budgets
  • Superior networking, presentation and communication skills
  • Possess the confidence to deliver high quality and engaging sales presentations
  • Proven ability to generate and acquire new business and identify additional revenue streams
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision making abilities
  • A passion for audio and the Mamamia brand
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities
  • Demonstrated experience with engaging and influencing key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co workers everyday
