_highly recognised and well established agency _in Eltham offering support and progression in your career If you are looking for a change in your property management career with a focus on work/life balance, this role is not to be missed

The Role:

Assisting the BDM to grow a new portfolio of rental properties
Conducting routine inspections and open for inspections
Create entry and exit reports
Preparation of lease documents and other administration tasks
Liaising between landlords and tenants
Assisting with handling maintenance requests and arranging repairs

This role is Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday roster (1 in 3 Saturdays).
