AV is seeking an experienced administrator to provide assistance to our Corporate Services Department. This is a full time, permanent position currently based in Doncaster.


About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Corporate Services, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Corporate Services Directorate and Division including,, records management, mail collection and distribution.
  • Provide support with divisional procurement, invoices, expense claims, purchase orders, ensuring purchases are made within AV procurement guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support at meetings, including preparation of agenda items and supporting documentation, and recording, preparing and distributing minutes as required
  • Where required, assist with coordination of various documents and correspondence, including reports, briefing notes and business cases.
  • Maintain an ethos of excellent customer service, monitoring the needs of stakeholder and supporting activities and communication in a timely manner.

About you
***To be considered for this position you will possess: - Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing administrative support within a large or complex organisation or department, ideally in a public sector environment.

This position is graded at AV2 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
