ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an ambitious and forward thinking Outbound Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team based in our Cleveland (QLD) Office


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused sales team who pride themselves on the delivery of a high-quality, market-leading, Australian-made product.


The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Manager to generate sales of Alcolizer products, services and solutions and grow existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

The successful Outbound Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Utilise an existing client base to generate leads.
  • Be able to research potential new clients and generate leads from market intel, media and industry targeting.
  • Use a prepared script to influence customers in purchasing product.
  • Be able to follow and/or adapt a script to suit customer needs/call direction to secure appointments and leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and Alcolizer Technology criteria.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
  • Use CRM to maintain accurate records of all communications with potential client.
  • Connect with existing customers and discuss new or emerging products and organise appointments to discuss further.
  • Track progress from cold call to customer, to appointment setup, quoting and finally, the sale.
  • Conduct client or market surveys as required to obtain information about potential customers.
  • Ensure each prospective client and/or existing customer has a positive experience with our company.
  • Be able to make 3040 Calls a Day with Expectation of 710 Meeting / Appointments every week.
  • Upselling Products & Services to Existing & New SME's (upgrades, consumables, new devices).
  • Submit periodic reports on telemarketing activities and results.
  • Arranging processing and despatch of product samples, information kits and brochures to customers

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Have a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months old)
  • Have full and unrestricted Australian Working rights
  • Be professional with a good understanding of business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Good PC skills especially with Microsoft suite, and CRM systems
  • Selfstarter who can take direction and learn quickly.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
  • Experience as a cold calling champion, with the ability to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds.
