Description

Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client that is freight forwarding and storage services with over 30 years of high quality service in Sydney.

The position entails providing support to the Operation and Sales team with professional and efficient communication in assisting with clients inquiries and with office support.


Key activities:


  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Quote preparation (air, ocean, offshore shipments, domestic/interstate transport)
  • Invoice preparation
  • Support and work with our dynamic team
  • Follow ups, Track & Trace of shipments
  • Reportings
  • Maintaining existing customers
  • Dealing with clients complaints and inquiries
  • Assisting with reception and answering phone calls
  • Other tasks requested by your manager and the company

About You:


  • Excellent English Communications skills (verbal and written) is a must
  • Min of 1 year of experience in Freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse or similar industry in operation level is preferred
  • Cargowise preferable but not essential (Training will be provided)
  • Excellent customer service ethics
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Positive and can do attitude
  • Teamwork skills


  • Computer Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must
  • Cooperative and follow direction
  • Understands responsibilities and commit to deadlines
