We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our team in Highpoint. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success.


Reporting to the Store Manager/ Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • A desire to challenge yourself in achieving company and personal objectives
  • Providing support and assisting the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
  • Taking responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Cleaning and maintaining store standards
  • Ability to analyse and organise stock

To be successful, you need:


  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
  • Be available on weekdays and weekend
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • A cando, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • A strong sense of urgency or drive
  • To be hard working and results focused
  • A strong attention to detail
